<h2>Start with the tender package</h2>
<p>Send the roof plans, specifications, addenda, project location and bid deadline. Include the construction schedule and any mandatory site visits or prequalification requirements.</p>
<h2>Review the complete assembly</h2>
<p>New roofing packages may include vapour retarders, PolyISO and tapered insulation, cover boards, TPO or other specified membrane, roof drains, scuppers, curbs, flashings, coping and walkways. Scope boundaries and trade interfaces should be clear before pricing.</p>
<h2>Plan the work through completion</h2>
<p>Project coordination addresses submittals, material planning, deck readiness, mobilization, installation sequencing and inspections. Closeout requirements, including any specified warranty documentation, are confirmed for the individual project.</p>
